First cut the snack cakes into small bite sized pieces, and dice up the strawberries. Next mix together the Cool Whip and lemon filling in a bowl. Then layer the snack cakes, lemon cream filling, and fresh fruit until filled to the top. Lastly, swirl some Cool Whip on top before you serve it to mom for a finishing touch!
3. Chocolate Covered Strawberries
Chocolate covered strawberries shows your mom she is a class act.. All you need is dark chocolate chips, and as many washed strawberries as you want.. The ratio of strawberries to chocolate chips is, for example, if you have 4 cups of strawberries you want to add 1 cup of chips. Put toothpicks through the tops of the strawberries and melt the chocolate in a microwave safe dish. Stir after 30 seconds, then heat for another 20 seconds until they are melted.Then, dip the strawberries into the melted chocolate holding them by the toothpicks. Put them in the fridge for later or serve them immediately!

Who doesn't love ice cream? Chances are that your mom likes at least one kind and I bet you know what that is. All you need to do for ice cream sundaes is choose her favorite ice cream and put 3-4 scoops in a bowl. Drizzle chocolate syrup, caramel, sprinkles, cherries, strawberries or whatever your mom likes best on top of the ice cream. Get creative and be sure to know your mom's favorite ingredients.
5. Yogurt & fruit parfait
This is a great option for moms who love fruit or enjoy a more healthy dessert option. This way you can give her a treat that won't make her feel guilty after. Find a pretty clear glass and On put ⅓ of a cup of vanilla yogurt on the bottom. Combine strawberries and their juice with some blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries. Layer the fruit then more layers of yogurt, granola, and fruit until it's filled to the top. Once it is filled, it will be ready to serve it over to mom.
